Downwell Demolition wish to recruit a Contract Manager to work alongside the Development Director and Contracts Director to grow the business across the group. This incorporates Demolition, Asbestos Removal, Remediation and Scaffolding.
Previous knowledge of demolition is crucial and prior experience of negotiating, pricing, delivering and securing contracted works is highly desirable. The role is also linked to business development and identifying new projects across our operating area whilst developing and enhancing relationships with new clients.
The preferred candidate will have experience in different areas of demolition operationally, commercially and come with a wide knowledge of contract management. Experience in earthworks, asbestos, scaffolding, remediation, recycling, and enabling works is also desirable or from a construction management background, but are open to considering those who are proactive, self-motivated, ambitious and organised with excellent interpersonal skills.
