Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced development manager to lead our construction initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will oversee project development from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timelessness and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and design to construction and handover
• Identify and implement project efficiencies
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment
• Monitor and understand operation efficiencies and feedback into future projects

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Degree level qualification in real estate, finance, construction, or a related field
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently achieve targets
• Willingness to travel and work across the assigned regions
• Strong Project Management skills and experience
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities
