CapEx are experiencing demand in Ireland across all sectors of the industry, with significant focus on the building and residential sectors in the greater Dublin region. The Irish construction industry has experienced unprecedented growth in 2021 with sectors such as public and private residential development reinforced by the revised National Development Plan 2021-2030 as part of the overall Project Ireland 2040 strategy for growth and development throughout Ireland
Significant construction activity has now spread regionally to the western and southern parts of the country. Activity in the commercial / office sector is strong in addition to significant growth also in hotel and student accommodation construction. The foreign direct investment has seen major projects outside the M50 ranging from data centers, biopharma and micro-processing markets. The residential sector, both private and social housing are experienced unprecedented growth which is now in both central / urban city center developments and traditional housing in suburban areas and regionally.
CapEx are now undertaking a recruitment campaign on behalf of our clients to attract experienced construction professionals to the Irish market. We are open to those from a development, main contracting or specialist contracting (RC frame / groundworks / facades or fit out) background.
We are also particularly interested in experienced construction professionals who have worked in the UK residential sector, either on urban apartment developments or high volume housing developments.

Salaries are competitive for those with relevant UK / Irish industry experience and for those who are non EU / UK passport holders, there are revised 2021 critical skills occupation criteria to facilitate you working in Ireland also.
We are starting a continuous campaign in 2022 and interviewing initially through MS Teams / Zoom and will be doing face to face meetings in the UK once Covid-19 Travel Restrictions permit us to do so.
