Due to a growing pipeline of healthcare opportunities through the New Hospital Programme including the new Gen 1 Alliance Framework, Kier Health seek an experienced healthcare management professional to lead projects from bid through to delivery including undertaking client engagement and management throughout the project lifecycle. This role sits within Kier Clients & Markets and is complementary to regional business operations.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of Kier Health, reporting into the Health Sector Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading healthcare projects over £50m+ from bid, preconstruction and in construction either as part of the New Hospital Programme Cohort 3/4/5 Gen 1 Alliance or as prioritised as strategic bids.
What do we need from you?
As you will be leading at a strategic level on complex and high value projects, we will be looking for extensive history on similar profile projects of £100m plus within the Healthcare industry. You will need to be able to demonstrate our core values of collaborative, trusted and focused in your working methods, ethics and approach. To be successful, you will be client focused, results driven, commercially minded, a motivational leader with healthy and safety at the heart of everything you do.
