Who are we looking for? 

With safety at the heart of everything we do at Torsion, we are looking for excellent Senior/Project Managers with a proven track record to deliver new student accommodation projects in West & South Yorkshire and also in the East Midlands.

Do you have a successful track record of delivering high rise, multi-room residential schemes and leading successful teams?

If you’re in a senior level capacity, you’ll have operational delivery experience, excellent team leadership skills and play an integral role with all site disciplines including design management, planning and commercial.

Key Responsibilities

There is lots to do in this role!

Effective project leadership is critical to us and we welcome you to bring your skills and experience to enable you to develop a successful Torsion Construction Limited team of site-based professionals.

You’ll promote the correct behaviours and ensure everyone is treated with dignity and respect.

Your experience will likely cover some pre-construction knowledge and you’ll certainly need experience of closely managing design, quality, commercial and planning in a live project environment.
