The Opportunity
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in the commercial success of our projects, working closely with project teams to deliver accurate cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting.
Built Adelaide work across all sectors including: Major new build residential towers, High profile Commercial/Healthcare and Innovation Centres.
What You'll Bring
-
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor with leading Main Contractors or large specialist Subcontractors
- Strong knowledge of cost management and contract administration
- Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Relevant 3rd Level qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
