A wealth of experience and 5 recognisable values are at the heart of our business. That’s why we need people like you to help us embed those values in everything we do.
Right now, we’re eager to hear from leaders who enjoy influencing every aspect of our business, especially profitability and operational excellence. We’re in the market for a new Senior Contract Manager to lead on the management of all contract procedures to ensure effective delivery of strategic and operational goals, leading our Thames Water contract to greater success.
Functional leaders are at the heart of our senior leadership team and this role is at the forefront of our interactions with Thames Water, as well as other key stakeholders.
Key to the role is an understanding of planning principals. Predominantly R&M (repair & maintenance) focused, you’ll need to be adept at organising & controlling a workbank, fostering influential relationships at all organisational levels.
We’re looking for exceptional collaborators, who inspire others to meet or positively exceed targets. As a highly skilled mentor and client advocate these are just a few of the key responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire senior operational teams (direct and indirect) to continually drive compliance, improve performance and maximise profitability
- Implement & maintain processes by which the contract can align their resources, systems and employees to strategic objectives and priorities
- Take responsibility for full P&L budgets and contract performance
- Effectively plan and control labour, plant and resources to ensure efficiency
We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate...
A solid track record of success in a comparable role in utilities/construction, most likely underpinned by relevant qualifications (ILM or qualified through experience).
Integrity and the decisive ability to improve on current and future delivery is critical to the ongoing success of the contract, and if you’re up for the challenge, we would welcome a conversation with you.
