We are extremely proud to be delivering the works at the Etihad Stadium for Manchester City Football Club, including the North Stand extension and a 400+ bed hotel on site. We need a Senior Site Manager to join the team, as well as a Site Manager to join our high-rise residential scheme in Ancoats, Manchester.

As Senior Site Manager you are construction leader on the ground. Managing the overall day to day supervision of the construction site. He/she will monitor the preparation of the site prior to project launch and oversee the safe and efficient operation of the site throughout the construction phase.

Your day to day will include, but not be limited to:

• Participates in compiling the initial programme and have a full awareness of weekly targets
• Plans and oversees the site setup, ensuring that the appropriate facilities are in place prior to the project launch
• Manages the relationship with the sub-contractors while working onsite
• Takes ownership for ensuring that HSEQS protocols are always adhered to on sites
• Always maintains quality control procedures
