The BSF programme will see 14 of the borough’s schools upgraded, the construction of a new high school in north Greenford and big investment in information communications technology (ICT) in three further schools.
Under the deal Balfour Beatty will invest £3.8 million into the delivery of the first sample school, Dormers Wells. There is scope for total equity investment of £11.8 million in the 25-year concession as a whole.
