Up to 30 jobs are at risk at the Mansfield based firm which specialised in local authority, schools and health work which have all been hit by public spending cuts.
Administrators from RSM Tenon were called into the company’s headquarters yesterday.
At its peak, Baggaley & Jenkins employed more than 200 site and office staff with hopes of hitting a £30m turnover.
But directly employed staff numbers were slashed as the firm relied more on subcontractors.
The company has no connections with another Mansfield construction company, Herbert Baggaley.
