Liverpool-based EHA Developments together with architects Falconer Chester Hall have been given the green light for the student building at Chatham Place in Edge Hill.

Work is now expected to start in the autumn.

The plans include 354 bedrooms divided into groups of units, each sharing communal lounges and kitchens, car parking spaces, cycle spaces, and a 24-hour security office.
