One of the flagship jobs in the pipeline is a £136m housing estate rebuild in West Ealing, London.
Demolition will get under way in early 2011 of the Green Man Lane estate’s 464 existing homes and a multi-storey car park. This will make way for the first of 706 new flats and houses for a mixture of affordable rent and sale.
The housing association provides over 33,000 homes across London and Southern England with thousands in development.
To cover the wide variety of planned schemes, A2 Dominion has broken down its programme into three distinct frameworks.
Contractors are free to bid for any two deals, but not all three. The frameworks cover small new build schemes up to £5m, medium sized projects up to £10m and larger multi-storey apartment developments.
Interested firms have until 17 November to return PQQS to the housing association’s agent Cyril Silver & Partner on email [email protected].
