Papprill joins the business on the back of a successful career in construction and property development including senior roles with Ballast Construction, and board level appointments with Barnsley Developer Quest Property and Life Property Group in Leeds.
His 22-year career has seen Papprill involved in schemes ranging from major public sector works for Housing Associations and the NHS, the lottery funded National Glass Centre in Sunderland, Framework delivery schemes for the MoD and private sector developments across the UK including the new BBC facility in Hull and the Gateway Plaza scheme in Barnsley.
