The deal secures the jobs of 96 people previously employed by Connaught.
Lovell managing director Stewart Davenport said: “We are delighted to have been chosen by Hull City Council to take on this contract previously operated by Connaught, securing local jobs and providing a valuable service to residents.
“Nationally, it means that over 70 former Connaught contracts are now set to transfer to Lovell. We are extremely pleased to have secured so many partnerships with housing associations and landlords in less than six weeks, saving over 2,000 jobs nationwide.”
