Consultant designers have developed the 240,000 sq ft buildings to stage H under the Royal Institute of British Architects plan of work.

Final approvals relating to internal fit-out, fire and M&E are anticipated to be received in march/april 2011. This will leave the contractor to obtain the final elements of building warrant approval.
The building job was first put out to tender last year but has since been rescoped and more design work carried out.
