The first contract to be awarded under the framework will be for a £27m project to build healthcare facilities in Ludlow in 2012.
West Midlands Strategic Health Authority approved the plan put forward by Shropshire County Primary Care Trust to begin the project by working with a third-party developer last week.
When finished the Ludlow Eco Park site will house a 7,000 sq m community hospital as well as two GP surgeries.
Firms have until 8 December to fill in PQQs, which can be obtained from Alex Hackett at the Shropshire County Primary Care Trust. Contractors can also register at https://hcs.bravosolution.co.uk
