The dilapidated estate in Brent will make way for 335 homes delivered by developer Countryside Properties in phases over five years.
All 214 existing properties will be demolished at the site between Wembley and Harrow.

The homes will be for rent, shared ownership and outright sale and will range from one-bedroom flats to large family houses with gardens.
Phase one will produce 51 maisonettes and flats for affordable rent, 31 flats for shared ownership sale and 37 homes for private sale.
The first phase of the development is designed to meet the Government’s Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 and on completion the whole development should achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4.
Heating and hot water to homes at Barham Park will be provided from a district heating scheme which will incorporate a Combined Heat and Power Plant producing electricity for the new development.
