The takeover of Golf Environmental Limited will see Keltbray’s site waste used to form courses around the country.
Golf Environmental specialise in the design and construction of golf courses, sports facilities and the restoration of redundant landfills and quarry sites.
Keltbray said the deal includes “a number of locations around the UK that require the substantial import of inert material.”

Keltbray is committed to reduce landfill by 50% by 2012 from 2008 levels.
