Work involves construction of 90 one bed en-suite facilities for older people with a variety of short and long term care needs.

The project has also been designed with the local community in mind, and will feature a ‘Best Friends’ café which will enable people within the home, as well as the local community to enjoy coffee and cakes and spend time with friends.

Work started on site at the end of January 2011 with a completion due May 2012.
