The line-up for the area is Alba consortium (Cyril Sweett and Miller); Amber Blue consortium (Robertson Group, International Public Partnerships and Forth Holdings); and Carillion-led Inspiredspaces.
Under the deal, the winning bidder will team up with local councils, NHS health boards, police and fire services in the region to deliver a whole swathe of building projects.
The winning firm will handle project strategic planning through to project delivery, funding and facilities management.
The hub East Central Territory is one of five covering the whole of Scotland.
Scottish Futures Trust this week also invited bids for the Hub West area to deliver £200m of projects over the next 10 years.
Galliford Try picked up the first South East Scotland hub deal last August, expected to be worth around £300m over 10 years while the Cyril Sweet/Miller Alba consortium is also preferred bidder for the North of Scotland area £300m pipeline of works.
Bidding for the South West hub is expected to start in mid May.
