Administrators from the Alcester office of London firm Bond Partners are understood already to be in talks with a company called Scaffolding Perfection about buying the company.
An insider said: “Hopefully the jobs of staff can be saved by a deal which could be finalised in a matter of days.”
The firm was established in Bristol 18 years ago and grew rapidly in the region working for house builders like Persimmon, Charles Church and Midas Homes.
It also counted Leadbitter among its main contractor clients.
The scaffolding company boasted a fully-carded direct labour force and operated a modern fleets of vehicles and large stock of steel and alloy scaffold equipment.
