The university wants to transform its Penglais Farm site into a student community with around 1,000 residential places built around leisure and recreational spaces.
College chiefs are open to suggestions on a contract structure for the scheme but want to remain as landlord under the DBFO deal.
Work will be phased over 2/3 years and firms have until April 6 to express their interest with a shortlist of up to six drawn-up in May.
