The scheme is designed to support members in winning work, cutting costs, and help improve their ability to comply with growing regulation and provide access to training.
It is estimated that membership of ‘Speedy Assist’ could save members up to £1,400 in year 1, on a wide range of products and services all designed to help small business be more successful.
Some benefits are included free with membership such as new business leads and advice lines and others are provided by carefully selected partners at very competitive rates.
Services range from car and van hire to mobile phones and small business insurance.
Speedy Assist will also enable access to expert advice on legislation, insurance, self-employment, legal issues affecting the industry, and regular feeds of new business leads in their local area posted to member’s personalised web sites.
John Byrne, Product Development Director and head of Speedy Assist, said:“As budgets get tighter and contractors strive to fill order books, we felt it would help our SME customers if we could use some of our scale and buying power to leverage benefits and share them with our customers.
“SMEs are the backbone of the UK’s industry and very important to us, if we can help maximise their potential it’s good for all of us.
“We have worked with leading industry suppliers and listened to our customers to introduce a market-leading initiative which gives a range of specifically selected member benefits, including discounts on first class products, and the assistance they need to ensure they have the best chance at winning more work.”
