The new scheme is set around St Martin’s Square and will create in the region of 1,000 sq m of restaurant units and enhancements to the shopping area.

The project replaces the Spiral Café which was only opened five years ago.

Designed by Chapman Taylor, the new scheme comprises three restaurants, the extension of two existing units and a feature green wall. The scheme will also enhance pedestrian links from St Martin’s Walk to St Martin’s Square.
