Miller Construction has recruited former Laing O’Rourke National Framework Manager Andrew Cartwright as Director of Health.

Cartwright will be responsible for managing Miller’s Procure 21+ schemes via the Healthcare Partnership Solutions joint venture with Guildhouse UK and Community Ventures (Management) Ltd.

Cartwright said:  “I am delighted to be joining Miller Construction. Having worked on the ProCure 21+ framework for several years, this appointment gives me the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with the team.

“I look forward to helping establish Healthcare Partnership Solutions as a main provider through the ProCure 21+ framework.

“Miller has a strong reputation in the health market and there are a host of opportunities where I will be looking to expand our market share.”

Chris Webster, Chief Executive, Miller Construction, said: “We are delighted to welcome Andrew to the business, where he will assume responsibility for our health offer.

“Health is one of our core markets and we have extensive delivery experience.  Andrew’s industry knowledge and expertise will compliment our existing team to further enhance our offer.

“We are actively involved in LIFT (Local Improvement Finance Trust) programmes throughout England and are looking forward to securing our first project through the ProCure 21+ framework.”
