The deals cover London along with the south, south eastern and eastern regions of England.
The first agreement is the renewed £400m affordable housing framework agreement with housing association L&Q.
The framework agreement between 10 partners covers the delivery of the majority of L&Q’s development programme which involves a total of 7,000 new homes across London and the south of England.
The second framework, called Create, has a total value of £144m and involves Islington & Shoreditch Housing Association, Gallions Housing Association and Newlon Fusion, the community regeneration partner of Newlon Housing Trust.
The framework agreement, between the 11 partners including Willmott Dixon, comprises the build of properties across London and south east England over the next four years.
Galliford Try has also been selected as a partner on the £40m Estuary Housing Association framework to provide affordable housing in east London, Essex and the Suffolk coast over a four year period.
Galliford Try Chief Executive Greg Fitzgerald said: “We are delighted to be selected as a partner on these significant affordable housing frameworks which reinforce our strong reputation for building quality affordable housing and creating sustainable communities.”
