The five-year agreement is an extension to Forrest’s initial year-long deal and will see the firm’s Refurbish and Respond divisions look after 11,000 Unity homes across the Leeds area.
Forrest, which has seven offices across the North of England, will deliver the work from its Yorkshire operations hub which is based in Leeds.
The contract includes an option to extend the agreement for a further one or two years.
