Speller Metcalfe Living will concentrate on the design, build and development of bespoke private and residential projects, social housing, extra care accommodation and educational boarding facilities.

The Living operation will aim to raise standards of low cost sustainable housing while driving down construction costs through the efficient management and programming of the procurement and building processes.

Speller Metcalfe has specialist knowledge of sustainable construction methods having successfully completed projects built to Sustainable Homes Code Level 6 status and the Passivhaus accreditation standard.
