The firm was formed in 1988 and operated from a two-acre site, with a factory floor space of 12,000 sq ft.
It specialised in contracts from 1 tonne to 250 tonnes and had an annual capacity of 4,000 tonnes.
Administrator Brian James Hamblin of PKF (UK) is handling the firm’s affairs.
