Around 100 Forrest staff are now working at the 22,000 sq ft office which will oversee the firm’s operations across Greater Manchester.
It is Forrest’s sixth office to open in the north of England and the £52m turnover firm is now planning new hubs in Merseyside and Leeds later this year.
Chief executive Lee McCarren said: “The social housing sector remains incredibly strong with the majority of landlords operating on long term asset management plans and committed to investing in their estate throughout their life cycles.
“Greater Manchester is a key market for us in particular where we already look after thousands of properties.
“Our new Bolton hub will offer social landlords from across the region access to all of our services under a single roof.
“We’re confident that we can continue to grow across the North by continuing to establish longstanding client relationships and provide multiple service lines within framework agreements.”
