Five share £62m Catalyst housing repairs deal

Catalyst Housing Association has selected five firms to carry out housing maintenance work on its stock in the London area.

The £62m programme has been split between the firms in four specialist packages and covers responsive repairs, electrical work and external fabric repairs and maintenance.

All specialist contracts will run for five years with the option to extend to 10 years.

Preferred contractors

Morrisons Facilities Services: responsive repairs (£11.1m)

Stapletech: heating installations (£12.5m)

East West Electric: electrical, CCTV and door entry systems (£15.3m)

Chas Berger & Sons: external repairs (£11.8m)

DW Contractors: external repairs (£10.9m)
