Ryhurst, part of the Rydon Group, joins PPP health facility specialist Amber infrastructure and Prime plc on the four-year framework.
The first contract to be awarded will be for a £27m project to build healthcare facilities at the Ludlow Eco Park in 2012.
West Midlands Strategic Health Authority approved the plan put forward by Shropshire County Primary Care Trust to begin the project by working with a third-party developer last week.
When finished the Ludlow Eco Park site will house a 7,000 sq m community hospital as well as two GP surgeries.
