Works to be carried out under the four-year framework will include various mixed use and regeneration projects in the North West and Midlands let under a design and construction contractual arrangement.
Neptune has not identified the exact cost of works but estimates the panel of firms could be involved in jobs worth up to £150m.
One of the schemes on the books is the £16m regeneration of Halewood’s Raven Court site in Knowsley.
Neptune Developments has signed a legal agreement with the local council to build a new supermarket on the site, along with a range of individual shopping units and a hairdressing salon.
The 48,000 sq ft scheme will accommodate a number of well-known retailers including Aldi, Tesco, Home Bargains, frozen food store Cooltrader and bookmakers, William Hill.
