The framework covers civil engineering work across North Yorkshire and the Humber estuary and will run for four years with the option of a two-year extension.
Six firms secured places on the biggest lot which covers projects valued at more than £1m.
They include Jackson, Kier, Interserve and C Spencer alongside smaller local firms Lumsden & Caroll and PBS (North East).
The highest ranked of these will secure the £12m A164 Humber Bridge to Beverley Route Improvement scheme awarded to the best ranked contractor.
Winning contractors for another bigger YORcivils framework, covering the south and west of the region will be revealed in the Autumn. This is expected to be worth more than £384m.
