New schemes in Doncaster, Skipton, York and Stockton have enabled the contractor to secure over 1,200 new homes for sale and rent.
The projects range from building the first council houses in York for 20 years, to the most eco-friendly homes in Bradford, with the region’s first Code 6 properties.
Its biggest job is a 10-year, £108m regeneration scheme on the edge of Derby city centre at Castleward.
Delivered through its joint venture company Compendium Living, this scheme will create a sustainable community of 800 new homes alongside commercial development, a school and green space.
Noel Adams, regional director at Lovell said: “In a difficult market these successes are extremely encouraging and provide us with a solid base to build on over the next 12 to 24 months.
“By securing a variety of sales and contract opportunities, we are able to cement our status as a leading provider of affordable and market housing throughout the region.
The Code 6 homes at Bradford helps to reinforce our track record in successfully delivering all levels of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
“We are continuing to work together with our clients in order to find housing solutions that can deliver new homes where they are needed.”
