The Ashmole Estate is adjacent to the Oval Cricket ground in South London, on the opposite site of the ground to the refurbishment works Rydon did at Kennington Park and the Bridge Estates in 2008.

It is the largest refurbishment contract Rydon has won since the Camden PFI scheme in 2004 and brings Rydon right back in competition with other large refurbishment contractors.
The work at the Ashmole Estate is made up of Decent Homes plus work to over 600 homes and includes; new kitchens, bathrooms, windows and a centralised boiler house and distribution replacement.

The contract will run over 2 phases for the next 3 years.
