The housing group plans to build 1,632 affordable rent homes and 119 low-cost home ownership properties across the North West.
The latest deal brings the total signed by housing associations to over £150m as part of the Government’s Affordable Homes programme.
Last week LHA Asra signed a contract to deliver 800 homes in the Midlands and London which will see it allocated £22m.
Yorkshire Housing Association was allocated £17m to help build 800 homes around the Leeds City region. Yorkshire Housing will find a further £64m to enable construction of the new homes across Barnsley, Bradford, Calderdale, Craven, Harrogate, Kirklees, Leeds, Selby, Wakefield and York.
Gallions Housing association was awarded £20m to deliver nearly 500 homes in London.
Under the Government’s Affordable Rent programme, 146 housing providers will share nearly £1.8bn designated to build 80,000 homes.
