Works include M&E renewal and energy efficiency advice to ward refurbishments and further infrastructure works.
Initially Willmott Dixon will assist on planning matters and help the trust develop its estate strategy to identify priorities in its investment programme.
Willmott Dixon’s ProCure 21+ supply chain partners include Medical Architecture, providing architectural and strategic design advice, URS Scott Wilson as M&E and structural services consultant and VB Johnson as cost advisor.
Jon Taylor, pre-construction director for Willmott Dixon in the North said: “We will provide advice and support in the design and planning stage and then carry out construction work with our team of advisors to ensure SWYPFT is equipped to meet the future needs of people who use its services.”
