Byzak will be incorporated into Enterprise’s existing water capital and power projects to allow the group to offer services from asset management solutions to existing and prospective customers.

Byzak has forecast revenues of in excess of £55m in its current financial year. Clients include Yorkshire Water, Northumbrian Water, Scottish Water and United Utilities, representing new and existing Enterprise customers.

Byzak operates across the North of England and Scotland and employs 240 people.
