It plans a variety of capital projects in Bristol ranging in value from £30,000 to £40m over the next four years.

These include building a new campus and upgrading University teaching, research, conference facilities and office accommodation.

Consultants may be required to provide limited design services to Work Stage A duties on a project feasibility exercise. On other occasions the design services may be novated to a contractor.
