GB Building Solutions chairman Martin Smout said: “We are not about chasing new clients and projects with cut throat pricing.
“Instead we focus on providing real value to the people we work with, finding realistic and affordable solutions to achieve what they need.
GB currently has 75% of its work secured from repeat business, and 55% from frameworks.
The group also diversified during the year from its core of construction to offer a development business and a general works arm for smaller projects under £2m.
Other launches in 2011 included GB Renewable Energy, GB Facilities Management and IT specialist Discovery Business Solutions.
Smout said: “2011 has been a solid year for us. We focused on what it is our clients need most and ensured that we can provide an end to end solution from procuring land, obtaining funding, constructing the building to facilities management and looking after the building on an ongoing basis.
“2012 is also looking positive for us.”
