Dev Secs £20m shopping centre approved

Development Securities has won planning to build a £20m Morrisons anchored mixed-use scheme in Littlehampton.

The developer acquired the former Body Shop warehouses and headquarters site in Wick last year and will build a 45,000 sq ft supermarket building with petrol station.

Money generated by the new development will be used to refurbish the town’s Enterprise Centre which has been empty for many years.
