Brackpool has been with ISG since 2008 following stints with Rydon and Benson.
At ISG he was instrumental in winning the Olympic Velodrome contract.
Brackpool will now head-up McLaren’s business development team in London while James McDowell-Foord has joined from Cyril Sweet and will be director responsible for McLaren’s development in the Middle East.
McLaren said: “With his extensive experience and market knowledge coupled with his existing client and consultant contacts, Martin will provide a valuable contribution to McLaren’s business moving forward.
“James has ten years’ experience of the Middle Eastern market, and joins McLaren from Costs Consultants Cyril Sweett, where he spent the past two years as a Director based in their Riyadh offices.
“He brings a wealth of knowledge to McLaren particularly in the retail, mixed-use, industrial and commercial sectors.
“Based in Dubai he will focus on various Middle Eastern/G.C.C countries, such as the UAE. Qatar and the Sultanate of Oman, in which McLaren aim to further develop its business opportunities.”
