The One St Pancras Square office block will form part of the £2bn King’s Cross Central project next to St Pancras train station.
The 11-storey building will contain 360,000 sq ft of office space while retail units will bring the total space above the half million square feet mark.
Construction work is due to start by the end of this year and completion due in 2014.
Andrew Ridley-Barker, Managing Director, Vinci Construction UK said: “This is a highly significant contract for Vinci Construction UK to win and we are delighted to establish a relationship with BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Development in the UK, expanding on the relationship we already have in France.
“We are confident that working together as a team we can deliver the project within BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Development’s timescale and to the high level of quality that both of our companies are renowned for.”
