The landlord is organising responsive repairs and maintenance jobs into two separate contracts covering London and the south and an area covering Oxfordshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire, Sussex and Wiltshire.
Spending on repairs is expected to top £15m a year with materials accounting for an extra £5m on each region.
The framework is being set up for around 10-years with the option to extend through a longer term relationship of cyclical repairs.
Under the procurement plan the two winning contractors will be expected to form a management joint venture with A2Dominion or its relevant housing association in the region.
Around three bidders will be invited to enter into a competitive dialogue with the social housing group to submit best and final offers.
