Cheshire civil firm JPCS, Birmingham-based Kiely Bros and Colas will share out the work packages covering a range of surface treatment work.
This includes microsurfacing, surface dressing, retreading and slurry seal to carriageways and footways in a total packed expected to be worth £15m over the next five years.
The final spending value is expected to rise as other West Midlands councils at Sandwell and Wolverhampton use the framework for call offs as expected.
Dudley’s resurfacing framework will also be extended for a further 5 years if the agreements are successful.
