The landlord operates across a region from Hampshire and the Isle of Wight through to Devon and Cornwall.
Work packages have been broken down into major new-build developments and smaller regional building projects over the next two years.
Housing framework lots
1: £50m spend: 20 homes-plus projects
2: £10m spend: up to 20 homes in Dorset
3: £10m spend: up to 20 homes and under Hampshire & Isle of Wight
4: £10m spend: up to 20 homes and under Devon & Cornwall
5: £5m refurbishment across all regions
