50 jobs axed as site logistics firm shuts down

Construction site logistics and waste management contractor Complete Construction Facilities has ceased trading.

The firm employed around 50 staff who have been laid off as administrators wind up the business.

The Burnely-based specialist worked on major jobs across the country including Manchester’s Media City.

It counted Balfour Beatty, Willmott Dixon, Laing O’Rourke, Carillion, Kier and Shepherd Construction among its clients.

CCF also specialised in sourcing local labour to allow major firms to hit local sourcing targets set out in contracts.
