Contracting businesses Lovell Partnerships and Morgan Sindall will deliver several projects, including new 38,000 sq ft civic offices worth £10m-£20m.
This will be funded by returns from a residential development by Lovell Partnerships and Clayson Country Homes, commercial development including a supermarket, offices and conversion of a listed mill building for commercial uses.
In addition, Morgan Sindall will be undertaking archaeological works on site as well as demolishing existing structures and creating Moat Lane as a new link road.

The residential development by Lovell Partnerships will provide 106 new homes, ranging from two to five bedrooms, across two sites.
