Events held in front of cheering colleagues have included hurling a mallet in a mock hammer throw and using half a breeze block as a shot put.
The workers have even taken to the track during their lunch breaks to test their sprinting skills and staged mock medal award ceremonies.
A worker told The Sun: “It’s fun. A guy who’s 17st 2lbs did the 200metres in 31 seconds. I was second in the hammer throw and got the bottom of a Pringles tube for my silver medal.”
